Founded by the visionary Cheale Villa, the company distinguished itself from the outset with a holistic approach to brand building. At a time when web aesthetics were still finding their feet, Cheale and her team injected a much-needed shot of creativity into the digital landscape. This innovative spirit in web design opened doors, allowing Visual Caffeine to showcase its broader expertise in branding, graphic design and marketing.

For over two decades, Cheale Villa has been the driving force behind Visual Caffeine as its Founder, CEO, and self-dubbed “Visionary Rabbit.” Her journey in branding, graphic design, and marketing has been exhilarating, crafting distinctive identities for clients ranging from solopreneurs to Fortune 500 giants. Cheale’s approach goes beyond aesthetics, diving deep into each business’s heart to create visual narratives and marketing strategies that forge genuine connections with target audiences.
Over the years, Cheale noticed a fascinating pattern. As she guided clients through branding, conversations often veered into deeper territory, addressing challenges like imposter syndrome and perfectionism. These transformative moments became the most rewarding part of her work, inspiring her to expand her offerings to include coaching and consulting under the ‘Visionary Rabbit’ brand.
As a branding, design, marketing, and business coach/consultant, Villa brings a unique toolkit to her dual role. Her curious, intuitive thinking fuels creativity and pattern recognition, while her strategic mind helps craft actionable plans. She leverages intuition, empathy, and boldness to provide powerful reflections and facilitate mindset shifts, nurturing both brands and the personal growth of leaders.
Cheale’s mission is to help individuals and businesses uncover and express their core essence in ways that resonate and inspire. Whether reimagining a company’s visual identity, crafting a marketing strategy, or coaching a CEO to embrace their authentic leadership style, she aims to empower her clients to stand out authentically in a crowded marketplace.
Originally born and raised in the Detroit area, Cheale calls Seattle home, where she lives with her husband and PhD bound daughter. She draws inspiration from the vibrant creative scene and diverse communities. Her Catholic Christian faith guides her personal and professional life, also active involvement in local ministry and outreach programs. When not immersed in her work, Villa can be found seeking inspiration at daily mass, cold beach walks, sipping lemon honey boba, or quietly journaling or sketching with her faithful pug or as she refers to him ‘her left arm’, David Rose, by her side. She also enjoys the companionship of their zoo, Mocha (dog), Loki (praying he returns home), Eloise, Ezekiel (3 cats), Matcha (tortoise), Ollie, Arlo (2 geckos), and never forget the fish. Yes, the Villa’s are animal lovers!
