Visual Caffeine burst onto the scene in 1998, at the cusp of the digital revolution, as a full-service branding, design, and marketing powerhouse. Founded by the visionary Cheale Villa, the company distinguished itself from the outset with a holistic approach to brand building. While offering comprehensive branding and marketing services, it was Visual Caffeine’s cutting-edge approach to website design that initially turned heads. At a time when web aesthetics were still finding their feet, Cheale and her team injected a much-needed shot of creativity into the digital landscape. This innovative spirit in web design opened doors, allowing Visual Caffeine to showcase its broader expertise in branding, graphic design and marketing.
Over the years, as the digital world evolved, so did Visual Caffeine, consistently staying ahead of trends and technological innovation while maintaining its core mission of creating cohesive, compelling brand experiences across all mediums. Today, with over two decades of curiosity-driven exploration, Visual Caffeine continues to create innovative solutions, guiding brands through the looking glass of an ever-changing market.

For over two decades, Cheale Villa has been the driving force behind Visual Caffeine as its Founder, CEO, and self-dubbed “Visionary Rabbit.” Her journey in branding, graphic design, and marketing has been exhilarating, crafting distinctive identities for clients ranging from solopreneurs to Fortune 500 giants. Cheale’s approach goes beyond aesthetics, diving deep into each business’s heart to create visual narratives and marketing strategies that forge genuine connections with target audiences.
Over the years, Cheale noticed a fascinating pattern. As she guided clients through branding, conversations often veered into deeper territory, addressing challenges like imposter syndrome and perfectionism. These transformative moments became the most rewarding part of her work, inspiring her to expand her offerings to include coaching and consulting under the ‘Visionary Rabbit’ brand.
As a branding, marketing, and business coach/consultant, Villa brings a unique toolkit to her dual role. Her curious, intuitive thinking fuels creativity and pattern recognition, while her strategic mind helps craft actionable plans. She leverages intuition, empathy, and boldness to provide powerful reflections and facilitate mindset shifts, nurturing both brands and the personal growth of leaders.
Cheale’s mission is to help individuals and businesses uncover and express their core essence in ways that resonate and inspire. Whether reimagining a company’s visual identity, crafting a marketing strategy, or coaching a CEO to embrace their authentic leadership style, she aims to empower her clients to stand out authentically in a crowded marketplace.
Cheale calls Seattle home, where she lives with her husband and college-aged daughter. She draws inspiration from the vibrant creative scene and diverse communities. Her faith guides her personal and professional life, manifesting through active involvement in local ministry and outreach programs. When not immersed in her work, Villa can be found seeking inspiration on cold beach walks, sipping strawberry boba, or quietly journaling or sketching with her faithful pug, David Rose, by her side. She also enjoys the companionship of their zoo, Mocha (dog), Loki, Eloise, Ezekiel (3 cats), Matcha (tortoise), Ollie, Arlo (2 geckos), and never forget the fish. Yes, the Villa’s are animal lovers!

Cheale is an absolute force when it comes to working with entrepreneurs like myself.
